Operational Workflow

Racami consultants are uniquely qualified to identify opportunities for process improvement in the operational workflows.   • Data Management personnel

  • Applications development and programmers

  • Creative and graphic support

  • Prepress

  • Data Management personnel

  • Print Center Operations

  • Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s)

  • Operation Manager(s)

  • Scheduling and resource support

And as a result of the engagement, our customers will understand how to gain process productivity and efficiency and streamline internal document-related operations with regard to enterprise-wide printing
and the options and technologies available to achieve these desired results.
